I appreciate the ruthless efficiency, reasonable prices and soothing predictability of chain restaurants. This Chipotle location has all of those things. Plus, it's in a great location in a strip mall (with lots of other food options) adjoining Southwest Station. I hear they do a humming lunch business (only to be expected), but was surprised to see a crowded dinner rush in progress in light of the fact that much of the strip mall is closed for dinner.

Pretty stingy on the meat and occasionally the tacos shells are soft when they are supposed to be crispy and chewy when they are supposed to be soft.

I am usually happy with Chipotle in general, but this particular location needs management attention. The staff is not very organized and when busy, they lose it. The server actually got upset when a customer listed items out of order (corn before lettuce) and asked the customer to say it in order :-)

I don't think you can ever go wrong with Chipotle... unless you are a total moron! You pick your ingredients (all fresh and tasty). You pay. And then you go sit down to eat you marvelous deliciously and filling burrito, burrito bowl, tacos, or whatever... All for a totally reasonable price (less than $10) and only a few minutes wait. So how can it not be 5 stars? Even if the place is totally is packed (which most happens most Chipotles during peak hours), you can't be a whiny baby about it... Enjoy your food and smile! I personally survived college mostly on Chipotle, Subway, and Davannis Pizza. I love Chipotle any day.

I am a fan of Chipotle and this is one of the better ones. It is often packed with a line to the door or out the door during weekday lunch, but they move you through very fast. Today I arrived to see the line ~4 people out the door. I was still able to get through, get my food and eat in less than 30 minutes. Staff always seems competent and focused on speed of service when there are long lines. I usually get the burrito bowl with barbacoa, brown rice and black beans. I also like their approach to more natural foods.

The best Chipotle in or near the cities by far! The service is fabulous, parking is a no brainer and the food is delicious.

Chipotle is one of my favorite "fast food" places! I love this location. It's close to work for me and they've always had everything I want in stock/on hand. 2 downfalls - because it's so good they're always super busy. I don't mind standing in line though. It's totally worth it! Another is their music system they've got. It plays and then all of a sudden it's gone. Then it'll start up again. It's always good music. But I want to hear it! Consistently!

All the same great food with an incredibly tedious wait even if you are here early for lunch like today at 11:20! I always forget about the app until to too late and I'm already here. By the time I would leave to get to another location, I'd be in the heart of the rush hour there too. Maddening! I guess it is really a testament to the quality and value of the food that all of us will wait for 20 minutes behind 30 people to get a burrito. So, if you are in EP and craving Chipotle, either (1) come at a weird time like 2:00 pm or (2) use the app, plan ahead and pre-order. Sort of like TSA pre check of fast food-skip the annoying line! Don't be dumb like me.....

I arrived around 1:45 and didn't get my bowl until 2:20... Only 15-20 people in front of me. It was the longest I've ever waited at a Chipotle. Nobody had a sense of urgency and the employees didn't help each other get the orders filled faster... just stood and watched as one person slowly handled all the toppings for every single order. Avoid this location or if you must patronize then order ahead.

I love me some chipotle. But this location sucks There is no love here There is no hello Sometimes its dirty Sometimes there is A serious lack of guack Sometimes there is A serious smell of the pot The one that still illegal here And its not a guacamole ingredient I say you should avoid This place Unless you feel like You need to spend Your hard earned cash on A softy soggy burrito And a tiny scoop of the rice And perhaps a bit of chicken But it might not smell right

KILLER LINES! If you have two hours to spare for lunch then this is the place for you!! We literally stood in line for 20 minutes and didn't move. We finally figured out it was because the employees weren't actually helping the people standing in front of them. They were ALL handling faxed or online orders. Not kidding. We saw at least 5 people ditch the line in back of us and after we realized what was going on, we did it. We drove over to QDoba in EP and the line was short and fast. We had our food in less than three minutes. I'll be going there for my Mexi food needs from now on because I've got better things to do with my time then stand in line and watch the servers make other people's food. SKIP IT

This is literally the worst Chipotle I've ever been to! It is SO slow! It doesn't matter if you are there for a lunch rush and 20 people are in line ahead of you or at 9:30 at night and there are 6 people in line in front of you, you will wait a minimum of 20 mins and usually well over 30. It's ridiculous! And it is so dirty, they are frequently out of stuff like chips and are just rude. I hate that this is the closest one to my house. Going to start driving further for a way better experience!

If I'm eating fast food you can bet it's Chipotle. Fast, fresh, reasonably priced and delicious. What more can you ask for from a fast food joint?! In making the food from sratch you're already getting more out of Chipotle than you are most restaurants.

I have loved chipotle ever since they opened. For the most part, the food has been consistently good and fresh, and the service efficient. But lately, this Eden Prairie location has been dirty, inefficient, and slower than you can imagine. That has to do with giving priority to faxed in orders, as well as very slow moving employees. My chicken recently has been fatty, full of gristle and undercooked. That's a dealbreaker for me. I'm going to some other chipotle.

Worst Chipotle experience j have ever had. They were out of several things and their pop machine was completely out of order. Ridiculous.

I'm a HUGE chipotle person but this specific location I did not care for. The people would hardly look at you when you talked. I had to repeat myself several of times because they were rushing so fast they hardly payed any attention which actually slows down the line. I've worked in the food business and fast pace is required but if it's so fast that you come off rude or can't focus that is where the problems come in. The food looked like it had been left out too long. I got home and my fiancé noticed the chicken was pretty dry. I, my fiancé & our 2 daughters that are 5 & 2 yrs old ate it and woke up with stomach aches. Wouldn't go to this one again.

I really like Chipotle but this particular location is awful. The employees all appeared to be stoned; I watched the guy who made my burritos make two before mine and he wrapped them so badly that another employee had to come help straighten them out, and ultimately one of the customers gave up and told them to just put it in a bowl. My burrito was soggy, with ingredients rolled to one side rather than evenly distributed, and wrapped as poorly as the two I witnessed prior to my order. One employee even made a joke about how overly 'juicy' my burrito was but didn't attempt to fix it. The cashier came from the back with eyes squinting and a mouthful of food from the restaurant next door, and proceeded to tell me how good it was while still chewing. Overall, terrible experience: service was poor, food prep was poor leaving me with a messy, soggy and unbalanced burrito.

I love Chipotle, but this location needs A LOT of work to keep my business. Finally they have some people that smile, but other than that this place offers nothing but the delicious Chipotle food. Very very rarely do I have a good experience here.

We go here roughly weekly and have learned a few things: The staff rotates. Many employees were laid off about a year ago and after that the service suffered for a short time while they recuperated. It's gotten better. The staff is usually very friendly and happy to give large portions in MY experience. One con we have noted is that ordering online tends to give poor results in terms of portions and attention to the order, so we usually go in instead of ordering ahead. This kind of defeats the purpose and they should really address this. However, if we get an incorrect order we just call and tell them and they take down our name and give us free items next time we come in, so it all works out. I still love the food and as just wish they would get rid of the soy oil (yuck GMOs).

I love their food and will continue to go back. I wish they had faster service, better parking, and a more convenient way to pre-order.

I've always like chipotle, I think their mission statement is right on. Food is always fresh and good but this restaurant is often unkept.I know it's a small location and they get really busy, I just like to eat in the more clean environment.

(Waves fist in the air) "Darn you Chipotle!!!!" It's so hard for me to choke up the fact that I'm a fan of an, individuality conquering, chain but here's another Chipotle in another me too neighborhood AKA Eden Prairie, and it's just as good as everywhere else. Good ingredients, well prepared meat-stuffs, with a promise of organic this and corn fed that. I like it!

Mmm irresistible burrito bowls as always, but this location (just like all of the others in the Minneapolis area) is pretty stingy with with their meat, at least compared to the California locations. I've actually seen them scoop a normal amount meat into my burrito bowl and then scoop some of it back out, back into their large batch of meat - whhyyyyyy???

I went to this Chipotle 1/26 for the highly anticipated "try softritas get a free burrito for your next visit" promotion. This was particularly exciting for me because I am a vegetarian and since softritas have debuted in MN they have been my go to. Upon arrival I was told that they were out of softritas so I would have to get something else but they would still charge me for the sofrita so their numbers for the promotion wouldn't be off.(disappointing!) As a non carnivore my only other option was a veggie bowl which comes with free guacamole . When I got up to check out the cashier had charged me for the guacamole and when I asked her why and she said that only the veggie comes with free gauc and I was paying for softritas. I obviously questioned this because I didn't even want the veggie to start with but didn't have time to go anywhere else on my lunch break at this point. Her response was "She don't understand me, we gotta get someone else to talk to this lady, she don't understand me." After much more fuss than needed another employee finally refunded me for the guacamole up charge. I have worked in customer service for over a decade and would never dream of taking to a customer like that weather I thought they were wrong or not! Long story short obviously Chipolte is a stellar company overall but the customer service at this location is lacking to say the least. I am very disappointed in the Eden Prairie location.

I look forward to Chipotle, usually. The Eden Prairie location has been going down hill for a long time now and they have made no effort to fix it. It is almost every time I go to this location the "burrito baristas" are trying to impress everyone with how much they can do all at one and remember it. Their ability to execute is a total failure and lacks any amusement. You have to repeat yourself two or three times because THEY ARENT LISTENING! This leads to longer lines and unnecessary waiting. Workers have smelled like weed and either there are two many people on the line or not enough. I have NEVER seen or heard any of the workers communicate with each other. Toss in inexperienced or untrained workers and then you're really starting to make me made. Top it off with the "I don't give a shit" attitude and their smug self entitlements and you've got a recipe to piss me off! Get your act together Chipotle!

Stingy with the rice portion. Asked politely and even mentioned that I would pay for extra rice and was given a pathetic second helping. The lady behind me said that the same thing happened to her. Asking too much? Thanks for the "snack" dinner meal with attitude lady. I will not look forward to my next visit seeing that this is the only Chipotle in town.

Great burritos! You probably have been to Chipotle before, if you haven't you absolutely need to go! Very efficient staff, step up, order your style of burrito, and within a minute you are out the door enjoying your football sized burrito.

Just what you would expect from a Chipotle. A good quick meal. This location has never disappointed me but the same time it has never made an outstanding impression. It's one of those safe choices in the neighborhood when you aren't craving something fancy.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
